Please fix this I have been loyal and supported you guys and this amazing game since day 1 I have a guild with hundreds of players that will vouch for my integrity and are waiting for me to get on and lead them in some content so please i beg you don't brush this off I understand you are just enforcing your rules and run into people crying wolf on a regular basis I get it but this is the 1% exception I promise you. He told me he didn't play and had some silver that he would never use. I did not participate in anyway with a 3rd party transaction or real world trading. If the person who gave me the silver is guilty of something I was unaware of his actions and don't understand how I am being penalized for this. Guys im sorry to keep bugging you but i have not broken any rules i received a sum of silver for free totaling about 15% of my bank and items I did not rwt or pay for it, it was given to me 100% for free I didn't even need it just figured why not i have been giving free stuff out left and right to help players enjoy the game and play more I don't see how this is a ban able offence. The account will not be unbanned, the decision is final, and we will not hear any further discussion about it.īud | Senior Customer Care Agent | [ Online - Craft. If the User trades or exchanges Virtual Benefits on a large scale without a comparable value obtained within the Game, then it is assumed that the User violates this rule." The Terms and Conditions state the following:"4.5.1 Users are prohibited from selling, purchasing, renting, leasing, offering, accepting, disseminating or copying Virtual Benefits, including Virtual Currency, within and/or outside the Game - in whatever form – to/from third parties.// The acquisition of Virtual Benefits in exchange for any form of consideration other than Virtual Property or Virtual Currency of the Game is expressly prohibited. It does not matter the circumstances of how you received the silver. As I said, this person would not be confused as a player, as they never played the game.
